Right now – today – the amount of change people in organisations need to work through and respond to is…well, ridiculous. You know you need to understand this change, you know you need to scan the environment for signs of change, but you are faced with ‘infowhelm’ – too much information – which usually comes with a filter failure.
There’s no shortage of information out there about change. The challenge is in finding what’s relevant for your organisation and then using that information in a strategic way to respond to change and ensure your organisation emerges from the change ahead of the game. And, ensuring that the individual and organisational filters you are using are relevant and not constraining.
In turbulent and uncertain times, staying with what you know isn’t always the best strategic option. In fact, it’s more and more the wrong option. Scanning allows you to identify and explore possible strategic options today to enable your organisation to be ready for the future.
The webinar will explore what scanning is, the starting points, challenges you might encounter, and how to manage the scanning process.
The webinar will be recorded and available to participants after the event.
