Students Laura Schlehuber and Kate Burgess–Macintosh are doing internships this fall with Stephen Aguilar-Milan of the European Futures Observatory (EUFO). Jason Swanson continues to intern with EUFO – see one of his EUFO blog posts. Jason, Laura, and Kate will be working on a project to consider whether or not one of the effects of the Great Recession has been to limit the long term growth prospects in the recovery. We are grateful to Stephen for not only providing our students with job experience, but giving them the chance to work on real projects in the public domain. This is incredibly valuable to our students and fits with our vision of helping students prepare for doing professional foresight work. Andy Hines
