Job Description

The Foresight Program Manager will take a lead role in interactions with other Delta departments to define and deliver on their needs for consumer insight and be expected to lead design of projects, including scope, planning, methodology and timeline. The Foresight Program Manager will be a subject-matter expert on Delta’s customers and airline category consumers to input into near-term and long-term strategy. Strategic planning for foresight / futuring, market development, product innovation, and/or distribution channels. Market positioning gauged from airline and industry metrics and methodologies Identification of emerging markets and/or socio-economic populations from analysis of demographic, psychographic, and economic indicators used to uncover areas for future growth.

Job Qualifications

·  6+ years proven experience in Consumer Insights/Marketing Research, Account Planning, Innovation, Foresight

·  ·  Experience leading projects that include data analysis and project management
