We’re starting out Friday with a physical unveiling of our virtual Foresight Activation Lab. Lab Director Juli Rush will describe what the Lab has been up to and where it’s going. We’ll dig into real-time Lab activities and we have a Call for Student Sharing in our Tool Time session where we’ll be demoing and playing with tips, tricks and tools of the trade. Grab yourself some lunch and join us on the UH campus for a full afternoon of the Lab before we reconvene right after at our favorite hangout, Goode’s Taqueria 4902 Kirby Dr, Houston, TX 77098.

This year’s Gathering theme, Being and Becoming Human, provides an opportunity to explore myriad aspects of what it means to be human and how the conception of self is changing. We have put together an amazing array of sessions with plenty of choices that should stimulate some great conversations during the day, into the evening, and beyond.
Then it’s over to Andy’s and time to jump in the pool — will this be the year when someone finally actually goes in? Dinner and drinks will be provided and the party will be on. We’ve heard rumors of tarot readings in black lodge … what? And some good old Southern cornhole out front. A very special treat is that we’ll recognize our graduating students in attendance (and there’s a bunch of ‘em). Don’t miss the fun.
